fix(ci): clear alpine/git entrypoint in tag job
alpine/git sets ENTRYPOINT ["git"], so GitLab's shell executor was invoking `git sh <script>` instead of `sh <script>`. Override with entrypoint: [""]. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
