Deeman	c795ccfa48	fix(makefile): extract inline Python to script to fix parse error The multi-line python3 -c heredoc in the Makefile caused "missing separator" errors since Make runs each recipe line in a separate shell. Deeman	137d34d51b	fix(makefile): add init-landing-seeds target for SQLMesh staging seed files data/ is gitignored so seed files are not tracked. The recheck glob in stg_playtomic_availability requires at least one matching file or DuckDB throws IOException. Run 'make init-landing-seeds' after a fresh clone. Deeman	04ef8deaa1	feat: add encrypted dev secrets (.env.dev.sops) and Makefile targets Dev env file replaces .env.example — decrypt with `make secrets-decrypt-dev`. Makefile provides secrets-decrypt-dev, secrets-decrypt-prod, secrets-edit-dev, secrets-edit-prod targets (wraps sops with --input-type dotenv). Deeman	4ae00b35d1	refactor: flatten padelnomics/padelnomics/ → repo root git mv all tracked files from the nested padelnomics/ workspace directory to the git repo root. Merged .gitignore files.
