Deeman 61b072bf7c fix(seo): self-host Umami tracking script to avoid 525 SSL errors ...

Ahrefs reports 2,357 pages with "broken JavaScript" because the
external umami.padelnomics.io/Z.js returns HTTP 525 (Cloudflare SSL
handshake failure). Self-host the script as a static file and use
data-host-url so analytics POSTs still reach the Umami instance.
