Deeman dca198c17d fix(ci): clear alpine/git entrypoint in tag job ...

alpine/git sets ENTRYPOINT ["git"], so GitLab's shell executor was invoking
`git sh <script>` instead of `sh <script>`. Override with entrypoint: [""].
